All our stunning bouquets come encased in clear cellophane and an added gift tag.

If you need to trim the flowers to size simply use a wire cutter but please exercise care when doing so.

All the artificial flowers contain inner wire.

The flowers and displays contain small parts. The item is not a toy.

When your amazingly artificial product arrives open the box and carefully remove them.

Are you giving them as a gift? just gently straighten out the cellophane, write on the tag and hand them over.

The flowers may need a little titivating to get them just how you want them. The wire in each flower makes them easy to position.

If the stems are too long or you would like to have a variation in the length of your flowers, a wire cutter will do the job but please be careful when trimming.

Flowers that need no watering, no dead heading or pruning, how fantastic is that??? You have a beautiful item that will last a long time.

Here’s a couple of tips to keep your flowers looking artificially amazing.

Due to delicate materials our blooms are best used indoors and out of direct sunlight (unless they are outdoor items). The sun may cause the colours to fade.

To keep them looking their best it is worthwhile taking a couple of minutes to remove the dirt or dust.

A hairdryer will blow the dust away and the flowers may have to be repositioned afterwards.  A damp clean cloth can be used on the foliage to remove dirt. Kitchen roll can then be used to towel dry any water marks.

Please do not use cleaning products or attempt to clean silk plants using this method as it may cause the colours to run.
