Returns and Refunds
Great love and care are taken creating and packaging your amazingly artificial bouquets. However, if your arrangement fails to reach you in satisfactory condition please get in touch immediately. Photos are also appreciated to show any problems.
Once you receive your goods you have 14 days to decide if you are happy with the product. If there is a problem and a return has been authorised the product must be in my possession within 14 days. After the 14 days a refund WILL NOT be issued.
If you cancel your order after it has been sent out to you, you will incur delivery and return costs.
Any artificial flowers will not be accepted as a return if they have been misused or tarnished in any way.
Any unwanted products need to be in the original packaging and in re-saleable order.
Once the goods are received back and checked, a refund will be issued within 14 days, providing there are no issues with the returned items.
Refund or exchanges must be returned by recorded delivery at the customers expense (unless faulty. We will refund you the same amount we pay for our recorded delivery service for our product to reach you safely and securely). It is suggested for your protection that you use any recorded or tracked services.
In the unlikely event you need to return an item, please return it in the original box to
