Returns and Refunds
Great love and care are taken creating and packaging your amazingly artificial bouquets. However, if your arrangement fails to reach you in satisfactory condition please get in touch.
Once you receive your goods you have 14 days to cancel, once the cancellation is confirmed you have another 14 days to return them.
If you cancel your order after it has been sent out to you, you will incur delivery and return costs.
Any artificial flowers will not be accepted as a return (unless faulty) if they have been misused, are dirty or we are unable to re sell them.
Any unwanted products need to be in the original packaging, in resaleable order and with proof of purchase.
Once the goods are received back and checked, a refund will be issued within 14 days, providing there are no issues with the returned items.
Refund or exchanges must be returned by recorded delivery at the customers expense (unless faulty. We will refund you the same amount that we pay for recorded delivery for our products to reach you safely and securely). It is suggested for your protection that you use any recorded or tracked services.
In the unlikely event you need to return a bouquet, please return it in the original box to;
